The worktable, positioned by a high-precision gear plate, has a positioning accuracy of ±5″ and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±3″, demonstrating excellent performance.

In terms of "high structural rigidity", the overall machine design prevents the generation of overturning moments throughout the entire stroke. The base casting is processed using high-precision five-face gantry machining technology. With a single clamping, processes such as five-face milling, drilling, and tapping can be completed, greatly reducing clamping errors and improving processing accuracy. The lead screw adopts a set of 60° angular contact ball bearings, with a double-support and pre-tensioned design to further ensure transmission accuracy and reliability.
